West M’sia
– Postage free for Purchase RM300 above
– RM 10 charges for purchase below RM300
East M’sia
– RM10 charges per kg for Purchase above RM300
– RM20 charges per kg for Purchase below RM300
Customers from overseas may contact us to get the exact amount for international shipping fees.
Order delivery location is based on per order issued. If you wish to deliver to multiple locations, please place multiple orders.
Delivery Time
Ready Stocks item purchased from MAX-TINO will be ship out within 2-3 working days of receiving payment; customized design items will be ship out within 5-7 working days of receiving payment (exclude weekends and public holidays)
*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, production and shipment may be delayed. Please allow additional working days in transit for delivery.
For Failed Delivery
If your package is not successfully delivered and it is sent back to OwnTee by courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. Charges for reshipment will be borned by yourself. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email/ personal message/ whatsapp and you will be able to track your order at the website of the courier service.

Please note once the parcel is handed to the courier, the parcel is under courier responsibility. We will not take any responsibility and are not liable for any problem or loss.
